Simple cancellation rules

1) Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for purchases made on durveshyadav.com, including workshop registrations, programs, coaching/consulting services, and physical products (if applicable). By purchasing from our Website, you agree to this policy.

2) Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Templates, Recordings, Downloads)

Digital products are delivered instantly, so cancellations are not possible once access is delivered.

If you face a genuine technical issue (file not received/access not working), email contact@durveshyadav.com and we will help you resolve it.

3) Online Workshops / Webinars / Live Trainings (Ticket-Based)

Workshop/webinar registrations are generally non-cancellable once booked because seats and operations are planned in advance.

If you cannot attend, you may request (subject to availability):

  • A seat transfer to a future batch, or
  • Recording access (if available).

Transfers/recording access are provided at our discretion and depend on availability.

4) Programs / Coaching / Consulting

For coaching, mentoring, consulting, implementation programs, or longer-duration programs:

  • Cancellations are allowed only before onboarding/access is shared and before the program starts.
  • Once the program begins or onboarding/material/access is shared, cancellation is not applicable.
  • In some cases, a one-time reschedule may be allowed (if available), at our discretion.

5) Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we sell physical products (books/merch):

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6) How to Request a Cancellation

Email contact@durveshyadav.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Phone number used at checkout
  • Order ID / Razorpay payment ID
  • Product/workshop/program name
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

7) Confirmation & Timelines

If your cancellation request is accepted (where applicable), we will confirm by email. Any eligible refund (if approved) will follow the Refund Policy timelines (generally 5–10 business days).
