Clear & transparent refunds

1) Overview

This Refund Policy explains the rules for refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks for purchases made on durveshyadav.com, including workshops, programs, digital products, and services. By purchasing from our Website, you agree to this policy.

2) Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Recordings, Templates, Downloads)

Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital product purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered.

If you face a genuine technical issue (file not received, access not working), email contact@durveshyadav.com and we will help you resolve it.

3) Online Workshops / Webinars / Live Trainings (Ticket-Based)

Workshop/webinar seat purchases are generally non-refundable because operations and delivery are planned in advance.

If you are unable to attend, we may (at our discretion) provide:

  • Access to a recording (if available), or
  • A seat transfer to a future batch (if available).

Seat transfers are not guaranteed and depend on batch availability.

4) Programs / Coaching / Consulting (Mid / High Ticket)

For coaching, mentoring, consulting, implementation programs, or longer-duration training programs:

  • No refund is provided once the program has started or once onboarding/access has been shared.
  • In some cases, a one-time reschedule or transfer may be allowed (if available), at our discretion.

5) Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we sell physical products (books/merch), refunds/replacements may be considered only if:

  • The item is damaged in transit, or
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Please email within 48 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video evidence, if requested. Shipping charges (if any) are usually non-refundable.

6) Duplicate Payments / Payment Failures

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment after verification.

7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you raise a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access to services until the dispute is resolved. For quick resolution, email contact@durveshyadav.com with your:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Payment date & amount
  • Razorpay payment/order ID (if available)

8) Refund Processing Time (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Typical timeline: 5–10 business days (depends on bank/payment gateway processing).
