2) Digital Products

Since digital products (eBooks, PDFs, recordings, templates, downloads) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital product purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered.

If you face a genuine technical issue (file not received, access not working), email contact@durveshyadav.com and we will help you resolve it.

3) Online Workshops / Webinars / Live Trainings

Workshop/webinar seat purchases are generally non-refundable because operations and delivery are planned in advance. If you are unable to attend, we may (at our discretion) provide:

Email contact@durveshyadav.com with your full name, phone number, order ID / Razorpay payment ID, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
